Dougray Scott and Saffron Burrows star in this New Zealand production about a strange world of vampires and humans. It’s a fucking weird tale of vampires who are almost priests and have learned to live alongside human beings. One of the priest/vampire guys seems to lose his mind and starts killing humans. This causes a serious problem for the vampires. A bunch of boring stuff ensues and one of the vampires teams up with a human cop to hunt down this bloodsucking psychopath. Some more boring stuff happens and the psychopath lures the vampire and the human into the final battle.
Needless to say, this film was pretty fucking boring. I did read an amusing comment on IMDB about this flick in which the reviewer claimed, “All in all – this could be some fat goth-chick’s favorite movie – but it sure is not mine.” Never has film criticism been so poignant and on target.
Good luck trying to find this movie. It was filmed in 2005 and still hasn’t been released in theatres or on DVD in North America. I’ve read that it was released on DVD in the Netherlands but unless you live in the Netherlands don’t bother looking for this information.
Perfect Creature sucks 2 pints out of 10.

The picture looks interesting. But from your review it’s boring. Even though you think it’s boring I’ll try to watch so that I can comment about this movie.
